I’ve been saving and investing the family portfolio for the last twenty years. I’d like to share my ups and downs of investing, hopes and dreams for the future, and how I channel my past to keep me grounded.
Despite saving and investing for twenty years, I’m still learning about myself in the process and hope to instill good values about money to my children. I find myself in the unconventional position of being the portfolio manager for my account and my husband’s. This came to be from my natural interest in investing in stocks and his complete disinterest in the stock market.
